As you may have seen with the changes to the de minimis shipping threshold in the USA, our carrier for Free and Express shipping (Australia Post and through them, USPS) has now halted all shipping to the USA until further notice (as of the 26th of August).
As such, we have made the decision to remove all free shipping tiers and express shipping tiers that utilise this carrier for the USA only. If you are based in the USA and would like to place an order, you will be able to choose flat rate DHL express shipping. The flat rate is still a generously competitive rate which will also ensure our fastest possible delivery to you (typically 4 - 6 business days anywhere in the US).
Once this issue is resolved we will look at opening free shipping and cheaper postage services to USA based customers again, and we will have more information at that time.
