I hope that everyone is having a great month so far - it has been amazing to see how quickly October went, and now as we head into the busy season we expect this month to fly by even faster. We have been overwhelmed by the positive response to our latest collections, and we can’t wait for everyone to start receiving their items as we work on your orders!
Speaking of which, as we head towards Christmas, we want to ensure that everyone is aware of timelines so that they can plan for when they will receive their invitations or printed pieces. As you may be aware, shipping both internationally and domestically has been a little chaotic in the last few months, although we have seen things begin to improve across Australia as things open up.
As such, we are recommending that if you would like your invitations to be received prior to Christmas, then you should place your order with us by the 15th of November. You should also aim to have your wording and colours chosen if possible, as you will need to approve your orders for print by the below deadlines to ensure that your order is shipped before our Christmas shutdown:
Digital Printing
All digital printing needs to be approved for print by the 3rd of December.
Foil or Letterpress
Foil or Letterpress orders should be approved for print by the 29th of November.
Wax Seals, Envelope Seals, Die Cut items and Keepsake Coasters
These products also have longer lead times and should be approved for production by the 29th of November to ensure delivery on time.
All other items
All other items should be approved for production by the 3rd of December
If you have a particular deadline you are trying to meet or have any questions at all please let us know ahead of time or during your design consultation so that we can see what options are available to make this happen.
In terms of our holiday office closure, we will be closing from the 22nd of December until the 6th of January to allow everyone to have a much needed break and de-stress from the year this has been!
