I hope that everyone is having a great beginning to 2022 - it has been an amazing start to the year for us and we have a lot of new updates to share. We’ve been hard at work with more clients than ever, helping to produce their stationery and paper goods for a packed 2022 year for weddings.
Studio Update
After our plans were postponed in late 2020 to move into a proper studio space and out of our home office, we are excited to say that we have finally pulled the trigger and have moved into a great space in Marrickville.
This space will allow us to achieve more of our goals for the business by being able to produce more of our work in house, and to add to the team as we grow. We’re still in the process of setting up the space, but we look forward to sharing more of ourselves and the business with you on social media and showing you how we bring your orders to life.
One Tree Planted Update
As you may know, each quarter we tally up the sales for the business and then allocate our purchase of trees, planting one tree per product we have completed for that quarter. Since we started this initiative in June of 2020, we have now planted a whopping 1886 trees in partnership with One Tree Planted. We’re proud of this result, and we look forward to planting so many more trees this year.
We’re also looking at future initiatives we can support as the business grows, so if you have a favourite cause or initiative you would like to see supported, let us know in the comments.
Die Cutting
Die cutting is one of the latest trends in stationery, and we’ve been working with our customers for some time now to create some amazing shapes for invitations, pieces like coasters, arch cut menus and the like.
We’re now going to be making this even easier to order, by adding an option to add die cutting to your invitation suite or other pieces like menus etc. easily on the website. If you’re interested in having die cutting added to your stationery - get in touch and we can create a quote for you in the interim.
As we move forward into 2022 we’re planning on releasing new collections, as well as updating a number of collections with some tweaks to their designs and adding more options for people to choose from.
