Do I need to provide all guests with wedding menus?

It is not obligatory to provide wedding menus to all of your guests. However, many couples like to provide wedding menus as a way to enhance the dining experience at their events. Wedding menus are particularly beneficial for larger events or when accommodating dietary needs. They also contribute to the aesthetics, organisation and personalisation of your reception. 

Ultimately, the decision as to whether you should provide every guest with a wedding menu is totally up to you.

 

An alternative to providing everyone with menus might be a wedding menu placed on each table, or even a large wedding menu sign placed somewhere at your reception for everyone to see.

When should I place my order for wedding menus?

You should order your wedding menus at least five weeks in advance of when you need them at your wedding venue. If you are not located within Australia, then you should allow a further two weeks for your order.
