Printed on rigid 5mm foam board and cut into your preferred shape at no extra cost, the Estate Seating Chart keeps everything organised.

Specifications:
- Seating chart is A1 (594x841mm) as standard. Also available in Mid Size (594x1000mm) and A0 (841x1189mm) to suit your event.
- Seating Chart layout can be changed to suit your venue layout e.g. communal tables, group tables or alphabetical order
- Printed on rigid 5mm foam board.
- Choose a shape for your sign at no additional cost.

After purchase you will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire to complete.
Your order includes your first proof after supplying your details, as well as two rounds of changes.
Once approved, allow 1 - 2 weeks from print approval for production. Allow an extra 1- 2 weeks for letterpress or foil.
All colours and wording can be changed. Layout can be adjusted to accommodate your wording. You can choose any of the colours on our How it Works page during your design questionnaire after checkout.
We can also add in other details such as parents names to invitations, RSVP details and more if needed.

Choosing the right size signage
When choosing a seating chart, we recommend our A1 size for up to 120 guests, with Mid Size up to 200, and A0 for over 200 guests.
Large venues or high-traffic entryways benefit from larger sized options. If your sign is sitting low or far from the crowd, bigger is always better for readability.

Sign stands without the hire expense
If you need a stand for your sign, select the self standing strut when adding the sign to your cart.
The locking A-frame design attaches seamlessly to the back of your sign via a pre applied self adhesive strip. The sign can then be placed on the floor or on an elevated surface.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I place my order?
We ask that you place your order for day of stationery around 6 weeks ahead of your event (or whenever you need to receive your stationery if this is earlier).
You will be asked to approve your order for production at least 3 weeks ahead of this date, allowing us time to print and deliver your items before your event.
If you are located outside Australia, please leave additional time for shipping or consider choosing an expedited option.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order, you will receive two emails - an order confirmation, and another email with a link to our design questionnaire form.
Once you have completed this form and provided the details for your event, we will begin designing your order and be in touch with a proof for you to review.
Can I change the colours from what is shown?
Yes! We have a wide variety of colours to pick from, and any collection can be designed in any of our themes or your choice of colours.
Our foam board signage is printed onto a white surface with ink, so we can print any colour for these options.

Can I change the wording from what is in the mockup?
Yes! You can provide your own wording, such as adding a quote for welcome signs rather than your names, or any other wording that you would like. Just let us know in your questionnaire after checkout.
Can I choose a different seating arrangement than what is shown?
Yes! We're flexible and can design your seating chart to any arrangement you need. Whether you would like communal tables, alphabetical or listed by table number, we can help make sure the design helps your guests find their seat as easily as possible.
