I hope everyone is having a great end to 2025! As we head into the final month, we have some awesome news! After having limited shipping options for the last few months while we adapted to the new world of tariffs, we have made some huge upgrades to both our store and your experience with us.
Shop in USD instead of AUD
We’ve updated the website to allow you to shop in USD on our website instead of solely AUD. Prices will all convert automatically and include USD based shipping pricing when this is selected (change to USD in the top right corner!). While it’s a small change, hopefully you enjoy the convenience knowing you don’t have to convert amounts in your head for every item you look at.
DDP to make delivery easy
You’ll now see as well, that upon checkout, any duties payable for the USA will be visible as their own line item. This means that we are now shipping your order DDP when it’s ready to go; resulting in a smoother delivery experience without any delays or additional communications with customs.
More options for shipping
We’ve added back the International Standard and International Express shipping options, as well as upgrading these to be based on the weight of your order, so shipping prices should come down for most orders now that we have further clarity on international rates.
Sample packs ship free (again)
Sample packs were another item we had to suspend free shipping on to the USA, but this is back too! Maybe it’s time to check out our Heritage collection as this launched after all this tariff business dropped :)
Free Shipping Threshold of $650 USD.
The free shipping threshold was suspended for the USA due to the uncertainty with shipping. Now that we’re back in business, you’ll see the free shipping threshold back, and this has been set to $650USD when shopping in USD on our website.
