Below you can find the terms and conditions for our print service. We want you to be ecstatic with your order and printed goods, but we do have the following terms and conditions regarding the process, shipping, cancellations and returns.

If you receive your order and you are not 100% happy for any reason, please call us or send us an email to hello@peppermintpress.com.au so that we can help you and work on a solution.

Terms and Conditions

  • Our print service is offered on the basis of you providing your artwork to us as a print ready PDF.

  • Any changes required to ensure your artwork is to a printable standard will be at an additional cost and will require original working files (such as .indd and any fonts / images and other elements required).

  • Peppermint Press will not be held liable for print errors or quality issues that result from the use of your file. This could include but is not limited to:

    • Poor image quality due to low resolution imagery being provided

    • Colour issues due to poor colour space management

    • Missing elements due to PDF export issues

  • Proofing and testing of your design and print file is your responsibility. 

  • We will print your artwork exactly as it has been supplied.

  • If for some reason your printed files do not match the artwork you have provided to us, please contact us and we will organise a reprint of the part of your order requiring it at no additional cost.

Die Cutting

  • If you are looking to have your artwork die cut, you will need to provide the cut line with your artwork as a separate path.

Returns and Cancellations

  • We cannot offer returns for items printed with our print service for any reason.

  • We are not able to accept a return or cancel your order due to a mismatch in colour from what you see on your screen. There are many different screen types which display colour in their own way, and we will print your file using industry standard processes for CMYK colour printing which may mean some variance from the screen you have used to view your design.

  • Once you have placed your order, our system will automatically prepare your files for printing and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Turnaround Times

  • Our regular turnaround time for printing is 1 week from approval.

  • If we need to order in additional stock of cards or envelopes this may increase to 2 weeks, however the vast majority of the time your order will be printed and shipped in 1 week.
