What a year!
2020 has been one strange year - the first half felt like a decade, with the second half feeling like only a few weeks! I hope everyone has been keeping safe, despite the many challenges that COVID-19 has brought to society. As we head into the last couple of months of the year, I wanted to make a post to let everyone know when we will need your order placed by in order to guarantee that you can receive your order before Christmas.
Please note these timings are for domestic orders within Australia - international clients should get in touch with us when they are considering placing their order to ensure we can work to meet their deadlines.
Letterpress / Foil Press / Die Cut Orders
Order needs to be placed no later than the 16th November
As letterpress and foil press orders require the creation of plates, as well as die cut orders requiring the card to be printed then additional time spent cutting the card down, these orders will be to be placed no later than the 16th of November to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Digital / White Ink Orders
Order needs to be placed no later than the 23rd of November
Digital and white ink orders should be placed no later than the 23rd of November to guarantee delivery - this allows time to design your order, make any changes you may like, then have your order printed, checked and shipped to you within Australia.
Any orders placed after these dates will be created as per our standard timings, however we cannot guarantee your order will reach you prior to our studio shutdown as we must work to our supplier and courier providers.
Christmas closure
21st of December to 11th January
We will also be closing the studio over the Christmas period, during which time we will be taking new orders via the website, however we will not be in contact with you to get started on these until we are back in the office. The Christmas shutdown will be in effect from the 21st of December to the 11th of January, to give our team some much needed time to relax and prepare for a big 2021.
