I hope everyone is having a great start to November! As we head into the Christmas period and begin closing out 2022, I wanted to let you know about some updates we’ve made, our deadlines for getting your invitations out before Christmas, and some new updates to our studio and website!

Pre-Christmas Delivery

We’re already in the thick of it sending out deliveries to some of our customers who are looking to hand out their invitations over Christmas, but if you’re yet to place your order please see the details below:

Letterpress and Foil Orders

For invitation orders we’re advising customers who would like letterpress or foil to place their orders as soon as possible, with their order needing to be approved for production by the 22nd of November.

If you are ordering from outside Australia, please allow additional time for your order to arrive or consider choosing expedited or express shipping at checkout to speed the delivery process up.

Digital Printing Orders

For digital printing orders to be delivered before Christmas, you should consider placing your order by the 14th of November, with your order needing to be approved for production by the 29th of November.

If you already have your wording and colours in mind and ready to go then these dates are a guide, with the production approval dates the ones to follow to ensure we can deliver to you before Christmas. You can also purchase express shipping for your order if you would like at checkout to assist in the delivery process.

Orders approved after these dates will be sent as per our normal timeframes, on a best efforts basis for them to arrive before Christmas.

If you are ordering from outside Australia, please allow additional time for your order to arrive or consider choosing expedited or express shipping at checkout to speed the delivery process up.

Late December and Early January Weddings

If your wedding is in late December or early January then I would recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss turnaround times. For weddings on or before the 15th of January, we’re asking that you approve your order by the 5th of December to allow time for production and for this to be shipped to you over the Christmas break.

For weddings between the 15th and 31st of January we are asking that production is approved by the 12th of December.

If you are ordering from outside Australia, please allow additional time for your order to arrive or choose expedited or express shipping at checkout.

International Shipping

We’re excited to announce that we have recently updated our international shipping options to include both a free tier for orders over $1000 AUD, but also free shipping on all sample packs world wide.

We have also expanded our service offerings to include expedited and express options, with faster delivery times than before as well. We’re looking forward to working with even more customers from outside Australia!

Website Updates

You may have noticed when browsing that we have updated the product imagery as well as showing more options of each product. You can also select your colour theme for each of our products prior to adding it to your cart, as well as selecting other addons such as die cutting or adding names to your invitations or menus for example.

We hope that the new changes make it easier for you to choose exactly what stationery you’re looking for, and help us to work with you to make the whole process easy and clear to understand.

New Packages

Alongside the new website changes, we have also released new packages including menu packages (which include the menu, drinks menu and place card), as well as large signage packages which includes a welcome sign and seating chart. 

All of these items can be shaped into a variety of different shapes and sizes to suit your event styling, and are available in any of our collections. We’re looking forward to putting even more packages together for you depending on what you are looking for, so if you have any suggestions please let us know in the comments!

Studio Updates and Christmas Shutdown

The first update is announcing we will be closed over the Christmas break from the 21st of December until the 6th of January. This will let our team have a well earned rest over the Christmas period, and be back and ready to help with 2023 events in the new year!

The second update is that we have a new designer that has recently joined the team! Elizabeth is a new designer who joined us in September and is already working with many of you to design and produce your amazing invitations and on the day pieces. She’s also had a hand in helping us on some newer yet to be announced projects and we love having her on board.
