Shipping policy

We will always work hard to have your order shipped within the timeframes mentioned, however during peak times these may be extended or delayed slightly.

Orders delivered within Australia have complimentary shipping over $100 and paid Express options. Express options are sent with Australia Post.

International orders over $1000 AUD or $650USD (when USD is selected) and sample packs ship free. DHL Express options are also available,

All orders are shipped either by Australia Post or Sendle, partnering with international agents where applicable such as USPS or DHL.

Shipments to the USA will include a line item in your order on the checkout page for any tariffs or duties payable. We will organise your shipment to be sent DDP as long as the tariffs and duties are paid by you when placing your order or any time you provide payment if your order is updated prior to shipment.

On international shipments excluding the USA, it is the responsibility of the client to pay any and all customs and duties charges applicable in the country your order is being shipped to from Australia.

Shipping Times - Australia

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. We suggest allowing the following time for standard delivery:

Sydney and Greater Sydney Area: 2 business days.

Melbourne: 3 to 4 business days

Brisbane: 2 to 3 business days.

Canberra, Adelaide: 3 to 5 business days.

Perth: 6 to 8 business days.

Express deliveries are 1-2 business days.

International Shipping Times

Delivery times can vary depending on where your order is being delivered to. The following timelines below can be used as a guide, but we recommend checking with Australia Post for their latest estimates.

Standard and Complimentary Shipping

North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific: 5 to 9 business days.

New Zealand: 4 to 7 business days.

Rest of the world: 9 to 13 business days.

International Expedited: 5 to 10 business days

International Express: 4 to 6 business days
