The Luna eSave the Date is designed for emailing or messaging to your guests. You will be provided with a jpeg of your eSave the Date ready for you to send to your family and friends via email or text message.

    Order Timeline

    After purchase you will receive an email with a link to a questionnaire to complete.

    Your order includes your first proof after supplying your details, as well as two rounds of changes.

    Once approved, allow 1 - 2 weeks from print approval for production. Allow an extra 1- 2 weeks for letterpress or foil.

    What can be changed?

    All colours and wording can be changed. Layout can be adjusted to accommodate your wording. You can choose any of the colours on our How it Works page during your design questionnaire after checkout. 

    We can also add in other details such as parents names to invitations, RSVP details and more if needed.

    Through initiatives like carbon neutral shipping, sourcing FSC card, and our work with One Tree Planted, we love finding ways to ensure your stationery gives back.

    When should I place my order?

    Invitations

    We recommend that you place your order for your invitations around 5 - 6 months before your event.

    On the day items

    You will need to place your order at least 5 weeks in advance of when you need to receive your printed pieces. This will allow us 2 weeks to design your order, then 3 weeks to print and deliver your items before your event. For international orders please leave additional time for shipping.

    What happens after I place my order?

    After you place your order, you will receive two emails - an order confirmation, and another providing a link to your design questionnaire form.

    Once you have completed this form and provided the details for your event, we will begin designing your order and be in touch with a proof for you to review.

    Can I change the colours from what is shown?

    Yes! We have a wide variety of colours to pick from, and any collection can be designed in any of our themes or your choice of colours.

    Can I change the wording from what is in the mockup?

    Yes! You can provide your own wording, as well as make adjustments such as adding parent's names to invitations etc.

    Do you offer samples?

    Yes! We have sample packs that showcase our work, print methods and provides swatch samples of each colour to help make choosing colours easy.
