Terms of Service

This website is operated by Peppermint Press Pty Ltd. Placing an online order or bespoke purchase is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.


All prices are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all prices shown include GST. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. Samples We highly recommend purchasing a sample pack from our website for $19.95. The pack includes a variety of invitations we have created in the past as well as examples of our current offerings, with a focus on showing off examples of finish and stock. You will also receive a colour chart and stock guide with examples of a variety of stocks offered on our site. Included in the pack is a code to be reimbursed for the cost of the samples when you place your order.

Colour Representation

Please keep in mind that screen and printed colour can vary considerably due to the technology difference (RGB vs CMYK). Please click here for an article which explains the difference between the two colour processes for your reference.

At Peppermint Press we partner with select printers in Australia who we have tested and verified to print at a high quality standard. This ensures that the colour that is printed is the closest to how we intend it be displayed. As colour can vary on your screen to what will end up on your page, we recommend purchasing a sample pack which has a colour chart for you to pick from.

If you are working toward a specific colour theme and are working with multiple vendors to use this colour, we recommend finding a colour from the Pantone Matching System (PMS) and specifying this in your order notes and communicating this to your designer. By using the PMS system, each vendor you work with can access the same specification to achieve the best result.

Please note: As with the manufacture of many products, printing (even with Pantone Matching) can have small variations with colour between print runs. If you are printing items that will be displayed next to each other (e.g. menus and place cards) that are going to have a large block of colour that is similar across both items we recommend ordering these at the same time to reduce the chance that there is a variance (even if minor) in colour.

Paper Stocks

At Peppermint Press we use a number of printers who will typically have available the same stocks for printing your stationery onto. Should our printers not be able to supply the requested stock we will contact you and suggest an alternative.

Minimum Order Quantity

When printing, much of the cost is in the initial setup, especially so for foil or letterpress print methods. This means that we have a minimum order quantity for each item which is available on each product in the store. Should you require less than this, it is still economical to order the extra and keep them for unexpected guests or keepsakes, as the price for less will come out to be the same if not similar to the minimum we have on offer. Please contact us for any information about minimum order quantities if you have any other questions.

Bespoke Designs

Bespoke designs are designs that are created and conceived by Peppermint Press in response to a creative brief assigned by yourself. Peppermint Press will provide you with a quote once we have consulted with you about the brief and established what your bespoke stationery collection will consist of. The bespoke quote will cover all costs in order to produce your idea, and includes 5 rounds of changes. Additional rounds of changes will be charged at an hourly rate and will be quoted to you once you exhaust your current rounds.

Please keep in mind that the bespoke design and its copyright is created and retained solely by Peppermint Press and that we will not supply any finished artwork files to yourself or any parties unless agreed to prior. If the finished artwork files are required for any purpose that is not covered in the quote, please let us know so we can work with you to obtain the best outcome.

To help us maximise the value of your rounds of changes, we recommend that you supply as much information up front to assist us in your bespoke design. Information such as wording, moodboards, posts from Instagram, Google, Pinterest and other online sources or photography you have taken of your venue or items you wish to tie into your design are best to give us the best brief to respond to.

Errors and Proofing

We do our best to catch any grammatical or spelling mistakes in your stationery prior to sending you a proof, but we understand that mistakes can still slip through even with many sets of eyes looking over a piece of work. In the event that there is an error that is caught after your stationery has been printed, and that error was not in the proof you approved, we will rectify the error and have your stationery reprinted at no extra cost. Should you approve a proof that has an error, we will work with you to have your stationery reprinted at your own expense. If you notice an error on your stationery please notify us at hello@peppermintpress.com.au as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the problem.

Print times and Delivery

Once you have approved your design proof, we will send your order to print. Print times can vary on the time of year and print method (standard, foil or letterpress). For bespoke orders that require additional print or assembly, a lead time will be given if different. We will always endeavour to keep you in the loop around where your order is at any time. The typical print time is between 2 - 3 weeks for us to receive your order back from the printer. Shipping Once we receive your order from our printer we will check, pack and ship your order to you. Please see our Shipping and Delivery page for more information around shipping times.

All of our orders will be sent be either courier or Australia post. Once we have shipping information we will provide this to you so you can track your order in transit. All orders are sent with an authority to leave so please ensure that you or someone you trust is at the requested delivery address to receive your order. At Peppermint Press we package our orders carefully to protect them during shipping, however we cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss to your package once it has left our premises. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.


All of our collections and designs and their copyright are owned solely by Peppermint Press Pty Ltd. They may not be reproduced in any way or method.


By purchasing on our website, you agree that Peppermint Press can use the work we produce for you for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include but is not limited to: addition in sample packs, advertising in print and digital media and on our website.
