By purchasing from Peppermint Press, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Copyright
Peppermint Press retains ownership of all original artwork, concepts and ideas You may not copy or re-sell under any circumstances.

Cancellations
Full payment is required before commencement of any personalised artwork. Cancellations may be made prior to final proof sign-off. When proof is signed-off printing commences and  no cancellations will be accepted when items have been printed.

Proofs
Please check proofs carefully as Peppermint Press is not liable for any errors or omission following final proof-sign off. It is your responsibility to check that the proof is accurate. Colour may vary slightly from your digital proof to your printed product. This occurs because computer screens and printers interpret colour differently. Reprints will not be made at the expense of Peppermint Press.
If Peppermint Press are printing invites for you, a printed-proof of one invite for colour checking may be requested and posted to you at an additional of $5.

Peppermint Press will not be held responsible for damages resulting from it’s products or loss resulting from their failure. Peppermint Press is not liable for any loss of data, delayed or non-delivery of product for whatever cause.
