Payment Policies

Payment is securely handled by Paypal. The good news is you do not need to have a Paypal account. Please look at the payment options when you check out as there is the option to pay
with or without an existing account.

Payment is due before your order can be processed.

Shipping Address
Shipment will only be made to the one Paypal indicates as the shipping address. If you would like your item sent to another address (to a friend as a gift, for example) please add the address to your paypal account profile when you check out and choose that as your shipping address. Please do not write your shipping address in "notes to seller".
If items are in stock, they will be shipped within 7 days. Shipment will take longer on personalised items such as stamps and personalised cards. Shipping times for these items are listed with the product details in the shop. For wedding stationery please allow minimum one month production time from when you place your order, to when you receive your finished items.

Returns
Please be sure that the item is exactly what you want before you buy as we do not offer refunds unless a product is damaged or defective. To be sure a product is exactly what you hope for, feel free to email any questions via the “contact”.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to ship a new item as soon as possible. Defective returns are also subject to a condition inspection before any refund will be made.
